近期，我集團(tuán)發(fā)現(xiàn)，“國(guó)華礦冶資源科工集團(tuán)有限公司”將企業(yè)注冊(cè)為我集團(tuán)下屬子公司，涉嫌以假冒國(guó)企方式開(kāi)展不法活動(dòng)。就此，我集團(tuán)嚴(yán)正聲明如下：
1.“國(guó)華礦冶資源科工集團(tuán)有限公司”及其下設(shè)各級(jí)子公司均為假冒國(guó)企，與我集團(tuán)無(wú)任何隸屬或股權(quán)關(guān)系，我集團(tuán)與其不存在任何投資、合作、業(yè)務(wù)等關(guān)系，該公司工作人員與我集團(tuán)無(wú)任何勞動(dòng)、勞務(wù)、雇傭、代理或其他合作關(guān)系，其一切行為均與我集團(tuán)無(wú)關(guān)，其從事的任何行為，我集團(tuán)依法不承擔(dān)任何法律責(zé)任。
2.我集團(tuán)保留采取行政舉報(bào)、刑事報(bào)案、民事訴訟等措施的權(quán)利，將嚴(yán)肅追究有關(guān)責(zé)任主體法律責(zé)任，堅(jiān)決維護(hù)我集團(tuán)合法權(quán)益。我集團(tuán)在此提醒有關(guān)個(gè)人及組織，辨識(shí)不法分子假冒國(guó)企所開(kāi)展的不法行為，謹(jǐn)防上當(dāng)受騙，避免造成損失。

Solemn Statement on Counterfeiting State-owned Enterprise by BGRIMM TECHNOLOGY GROUP
Recently, it has come to our attention that "Guohua Mining and Metallurgical Resources Science and Engineering Group Co., Ltd" has been registered as a subsidiary of BGRIMM TECHNOLOGY GROUP, and is suspected of carrying out illegal activities in the name of a state-owned enterprise. In this regard, our group hereby issues the following solemn statement:
1.“Guohua Mining and Metallurgical Resources Science and Engineering Group Co., Ltd” (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and all its subsidiaries at various levels are identified as counterfeit state-owned enterprises. Our group has no affiliation or equity relationship with any subsidiary of the company . There are no investment, cooperation, or business relationships between our group and the company. The staff of the company have no labor, service, employment, agency, or other cooperative relationships with our group. All of the company's actions are unrelated to our group, and our group is not legally responsible for any actions it engages in.
2.Our group reserves the right to take administrative reporting, criminal reporting, civil litigation and other measures, and will thoroughly investigate and pursue the legal responsibilities of the relevant responsible parties to resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our group. We hereby remind all relevant individuals and organizations to be vigilant against the illegal activities conducted by counterfeit state-owned enterprises and beware of fraud and losses.
